These Colombian Cross-Weave Hammocks are machine loomed from garment-grade "Corolino" yarns - a blend of wool and Orlon. The resulting Corolino fabric has the same texture as a well made suit and the yarns yield great color characteristics. The ends of the bed section are hand-braided into colorful end supports. The same hand braiding is further amplified with macramé construction to produce a dramatic side border that also serves as a convenient coverlet. 20 Ways to Use Your Hammock
These
gorgeous and practical hammocks are available with-or-without the
macramé coverlet borders, and with-or-without a shoulder-width
spreader bar for use in low-attach, up-from-floor hammocks stands.
The shorter spreader bar allows the hammock to have a reduced
hanging span without the instability created with wider bars.
The 5' by 8' bed is very comfortable and cozy for one or two
friendly occupants and is woven with soft, luxurious fabric "Corolino" blend of Orlon and
Wool yarns.

The basic color scheme of the Corolino
hammocks is multi-color stripes, with either red, green or blue
dominating. There is also a smaller and plainer version of the
Corolino hammocks called the "Economico" which is an ideal utility
hammock for beach or camping.
